When using respiratory protection products, please note that mouth and nose protection, often packed in small quantities, must not be put into circulation. These products must refer to a European standard and bear a CE mark or other European approval. KN95 masks are also often offered as FFP2 respirators. These filtering half masks differ only slightly in quality and are even comparable. Both masks have comparable filtration values of more than 94% according to the regional measurement standards of GB2626-2006 (China) and EN 149:2001 (Europe) but also the same tightness on the face in contrast to a community mask with a leakage of less than 6%. A simple visible difference is the fastenings. FFP2 masks and N95 masks, the American NIOSH have fastening loops behind the head, KN95 masks are usually fastened to the ears. KN95 masks may only be sold if they have passed the quick test procedures of DEKRA, TÜV or another accredited body. With besafe95 you get exactly this safety.
